10-13-00 Fourth Anniversary Show

Ian Rotten came out to start the show and made mention of people that made IWA the success that it has been for the last four years and also the people that helped bring IWA back inside the Creator's House Of Hardcore. While Ian was saying his thanks in the ring, out comes IWA Mid-South Heavyweight Champion, Harry "Babe Magnet" Palmer and The Official Mark. Harry stated that Chris Candido and Tammy Sytch were not there, most likely because they were afraid of Sytch being woo'ed by the Babe Magnet's "package". Harry then went on to say that he was going home as he now didn't have an opponent for the evening. Ian got back on the mic and stated that Harry did indeed have an opponent and that he is a former IWA Heavyweight Champion. Harry then mentioned former champions, Buddy Landel, Cash Flo (who actually has only held the now defunct IWA Television Title) and The Suicide Kid. Palmer said there was no way it could be Kid as he ended his career six weeks earlier. The music of Kid Rock's "Bawitdaba" blared on the speakers as The Suicide Kid hit the scene and cleared the ring of The Official Mark and The Babe Magnet.

Opening match saw Shark Boy defeat BJ Whitmer. As Shark was going for the Missile Dropkick, BJ pushes the ref into the ropes which crotches Shark Boy. BJ then went for a suplex from the ropes, but Shark Boy stopped it and turned it into his finisher, the Dead Sea Drop for the victory. After the match, BJ tried to apologize to Shark Boy for his recent actions, and was forgiven, but BJ attacked Shark when he turned to leave the ring. Outside on the floor, BJ tried to get the mask off Shark Boy, but was unsuccessful. Shark then challenged BJ next Saturday night at the second night at the King of the King Of The Death Match Tournament in a First Blood versus Mask Match. For BJ to win, he has to take the mask off of Shark Boy. For Shark to win, he has to make BJ bleed. p> Cuefa The Flyin Hawaiian defeated the Prophet Danel Quinn when Quinn missed the moonsault and Cuefa hit a very nice looking corkscrew from the top rope to score the pinfall.

Richard X over Hy Zaya in a Dog Collar Match to become the new two time IWA Mid-South Light Heavyweight Champion. Richard climbed the top rope and hit Hy Zaya with the chain from the dog collar scoring the pin. After the match, Hy Zaya and Uncle Honky double teamed on Richard until Rollin Hard and The Suicide Kid made the save.

The Official Mark over Corporal Robinson. Corporal hit "Boot Camp" on Mark. Harry Palmer then held the ref's attention as Todd Morton hit the ring and threw powder in the eyes of Corporal Robinson and laid Mark on top of Corp. The ref then turns around and scores the victory for The Official Mark. Harry, Mark and Morton then begin to triple team on Corporal until Ian Rotten, Cash Flo and Chris Hero cleared the ring of the three. In a post match discussion between the two sides, Corporal vowed to get revenge on "Team Palmer".

Cash Flo over Rollin Hard in a Barbed Wire Board Match. The winner of this match would receive a higher seed in next weekend's King Of The Death Match Tournament. Match ended when Cash powerbombed Rollin on a barbed wire board and then hit a vicious "Oh Sh*t!" legdrop on Rollin who had a barbed wire board that was laid on top of him. Ian then came out and announced that Cash was ranked at number eight and Rollin is at number nine which was not well received by Cash who believed he should have ranked higher in the tournament.

Next match was scheduled to be Jayden Driago versus Chris Hero but turned into a three way dance with Todd Morton as Morton came out and announced his participation in the match. Driago was eliminated first when Morton hit Driago with a high body press into an X-factor. Hero won the match when he hit Morton wih the "Hero's Welcome". After the match, The Official Mark and Harry Palmer hit the ring which then brought out Rollin Hard and Corporal Robinson. Manslaughter and Alister Fear then head to the ring but were quickly followed by Ian Rotten and Cash Flo. As all men were brawling in and out of the ring, IWA's Hardcore Chair Swinging Freak, Axl Rotten, came out and cleared the ring.

Alister Fear hit the ring without an opponent for the night as 2 Tuff Tony was unable to make it. Corporal Robinson hit the ring eager to avenge his loss earlier in the evening. This was a wild a crazy Falls Count Anywhere Match that saw Corporal hit Alister with "Boot Camp" from the ring apron to the floor through a contraption made of about 75 lightubes. This definitely had to be seen to be believed!

The Suicide Kid defeated Harry "Babe Magnet" Palmer to become a three time IWA Mid-South Heavyweight Champion. After interference by Rollin Hard, The Official Mark, Cash Flo, Todd Morton and Ian Rotten to help their respective men, the whole locker room erupts into the arena. With all the figting outside the ring, and a prone Harry Palmer inside, Kid sets up Palmer on a table and Kid goes to the rafter and nails a splash from the rafters putting Harry Palmer through the table gaining the victory and the title.

In what many would consider to be to be an upset victory, Ian Rotten was defeated by Delilah Starr. For you long term wrestling fans I would say this victory ranks right up there with the Mulkey's gaining their first victory over Arn & Ole Anderson. Ian beat the sh*t out of Delilah the entire match. From one side of the building to the other, Delilah may have had one offensive move on Ian the entire match. Ian set a table in the corner and powerbombed Delilah through it. The Official Mark then entered the ring and hit Ian with a reverse DDT. Delilah covered Ian but only got a two count. Ian then throws Delilah into the ropes, but was reversed, and Ian hits the ropes and receives a chairshot to Ian by The Official Mark who was stading outside the ring. Ian turned around and received another chairshot, this time to the head. Delilah covers Ian and this time scores the one, two, three. Ian then announced that since Mark likes to swing a chair so much that, he is placing himself as the number one seed in tournament as defending King Of The Death Match champion and Mark is now number sixteen, thus meaning Ian will face The Official Mark on the first night of the tournamant next Friday night.

In the main event, it was Manlaughter getting the victory over Axl Rotten. Several times during the match, Manslaughter backed off from Axl as Axl brought a fork into play during the match. Manslaughter got the win with his feet on the ropes and stated after the match that he watched tapes of Axl and that is how Ian beat him in a match in ECW in 1995. At some point, during the post match interviews, the locker room cleared once again and a massive brawl between sides ended the show.

Harry "Babe Magnet" Palmer over Cash Flo to become the new number one contender for the IWA Mid-South Heavyweight Title. The match saw a series of two counts, including kickouts after both men's finishers. The match ended when Mark Wolf, IWA's former official, distracted the referee which allowed Palmer to grab a microphone underneath the ring and nail a shot from the top rope with the microphone on Cash for the pinfall.

Manslaughter over Rollin Hard. Alister Fear hit the ring and broke up a pinning attempt by Rollin. Rollin knocked Manslaughter into Alister sending him outside the ring. Manslaughter sends Rollin into the ropes and Fear goes for the leg of Rollin as he lands in the ropes. This gives Manslaughter the chance to get the advantage on the new King Of The Death Match. As the six foot nine, 400 pound beast goes to the ropes, Rollin recovers and is able to hit the Death Valley Driver on Manslaughter from the second rope. After the match, Alister and Manslaughter double teamed on Rollin until Ian Rotten and The Suicide Kid made the save.

2 Tuff Tony over Chris Hero. While many fans know Tony as a hardcore wrestler, this match proved to the fans in the arena that Tony could go inside the ring as well. The match ended when Tony appeared to be going for the Tombstone Piledriver, but positioned Hero to his side and dropped him on his back. Tony followed that up with the corkscrew from the top rope for the victory.

Richard X over Hy Zaya in a Two Out Of Three Falls Match to retain the IWA Mid-South Light Heavyweight Title. The first fall went to Richard X when Hy Zaya went for a DDT but Richard reversed it into a cradle for the pin. Hy Zaya evened the match in the second fall when he hit Richard with what seemed to be a powerbomb but flipped Richard around where he landed on his face and stomach. The third and final fall went to Richard X as Hy Zaya was going for the move that got him the win in the second fall but was reversed giving Richard X the pinfall winning the match and retaining the IWA Mid-South Light Heavyweight Title.

Todd Morton over The Suicide Kid in a Ladder Match to win the held up IWA Mid-South Heavyweight Title. Harry Palmer was scheduled to be handcuffed to Ian Rotten in this match, but "somehow" the handcuffs wound up missing at matchtime. Ian Rotten goes to the back and finds a suitable replacement, a dog collar, and proceeds to collar himself and Harry Palmer to the chain. Alister Fear hits the ringside area and attacks Ian. Harry Palmer takes off the collar and attacks Ian. Alister heads to the ring and, with the help of Todd Morton, tapes the Suicide Kid to the ropes and forces Kid to watch as Morton climbs the ladder and grabs the belt to become the new champion. After the match, Kid was the victim of several chairshots to the head as he was taped to the ropes. The save was made by Chris Hero and Rollin Hard. A brawl broke out between all men and ended with a bloody Ian Rotten in the ring stating that he now was not out only to pin Alister Fear but he was going to hurt him in the process.

Ian Rotten over Alister Fear in a Fan's Bring The Weapons Match. This was a wild all over the building brawl that saw both men end up bruised and bloodied. Ian stated earlier in the night that he was out to hurt Alister and definitely tried his best in this match hitting both of his finishers, the Double Arm DDT and the Career Killer. After a Peckerwrecker by Harry Palmer, things looked down for Ian, but he eventually came back and landed a Belly To back Suplex on Alister. Ian then locked Alister into the Crossface for the submission victory. Ian refused to let the hold go until Ian's wife Patty stepped in the ring and convinced Ian to release the hold. A tentative match was signed for Saturday night featuring a four on three handicap match pitting Manslaughter, Alister Fear, Harry Palmer and The Official Mark versus Ian Rotten, Rollin Hard and The Suicide Kid in a Fan's Bring The Weapons Match.

Smooth until The Suicide Kid made the save.

In the main event Four On Three Handicap match, it was the team of Ian Rotten, Rollin Hard & The Suicide Kid over Todd Morton, Harry Palmer, Alister Fear & Mark Wolf. Alister Fear started for his team but could not gain much of an offense and tagged out. For the duration of the match, the remaining members of the team would not let Alister tag back in. Finally, toward the end of the match, Alister was tagged in, but received an accidental chairshot by Todd Morton which led to Alister being pinned. After the match, Morton got into the face of Alister. Manslaughter came from behind and attacked Alister. Ian Rotten, The Suicide Kid, Rollin Hard & Chris Hero made the save. During the post match, Hero accidentally nailed Kid. Morton then told Kid to question Hero's loyalties to The Suicide Kid.
